More Train Pictures!


The buildings and people stay outside all year, but the rolling stock is stored away after a day of running trains.

Sometimes it snows, and two inches of the white stuff looks like a blizzard in "G" scale.





          



Birds visit our backyard often to drink from the waterfall.

We especially enjoy watching the quail, who seem to like walking on the track.





          






A packrack built his nest in Mule Ear Station. The intruder gnawed the door frame to get in and also assaulted the station master, chewing off his hand and part of his face!

Mr. Roadrunner spent an hour in our yard looking for lizards to eat. He roamed all over the layout inspecting the buildings, checking under bushes and walking the track.





This scratch-built bridge is the first structure I made for my railroad.

The yellow engine is my reliable LGB model.
